New Delhi: Defense Secretary Ajay Kumar told that interested employees of the Ministry of Defense and its attached offices/organizations/defense public sector units to pay 1- day salary every month from May 2020 to March 2021 for PM-Care Fund on a voluntary basis has gone. He told me that this was in addition to the 1-day salary given in April 2020.

Amidst the rise in the coronavirus cases in the country, many institute government employees including the countrymen and the soldiers of the country are giving financial assistance to the PM Care Fund to help the corona infected people. Recently, the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) employees voluntarily donated their one day salary to the PM Cares Fund. CISF Director General Rajesh Ranjan on Monday handed over a check for more than Rs 16 crore (16, 23, 82,357) to Home Minister Amit.

Let us know that keeping in mind the need to create a special national fund for the purposes of dealing with any kind of emergency like worrying situation arising out of the Kovid-19 pandemic and to provide relief to the people affected by it, ‘Prime Minister in emergency situations A public charitable trust has been created in the name of ‘Citizens Assistance and Relief Fund (PM Cares Fund)’. 

The Prime Minister is the Chairman of the Trust and its members include Defense Minister, Home Minister, and Finance Minister. The Prime Minister has appealed to the people to donate to this fund. Where his appeal was quickly shown.

Tata Sons and Tata Trusts have jointly proclaimed support of Rs 1500 crores in a campaign to tackle the situation arising out of Coronavirus infection. Apart from this, many people from all different backgrounds including Bollywood stars, businessmen, BSF (also by other force), police contributed to it.
